Welcome to MinnBid, the State of Minnesota Online Auction program.

MinnBid auction items are sold as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions and photos are intended to provide general information about the items and should not be construed otherwise. Photos should not be relied upon for the disclosure of defects, if any.


Payment Info

Payment must be made by money order, cashier's check. Cashiers checks should be made payable to "Surplus Services."

Payment must be received before any property will be released to the winning bidder.

If payment is not received within 10 business days of the close of the auction the winning bidder will be banned from all future auctions.

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Any new lead bids placed within the last minute of the auction will extend the clock for another minute.

If you are bidding on a mobile device (smart phone or tablet) it is highly recommended you refresh your browser close to the closing time of the lot you are bidding on.

The State does reserve the right to reject any bids that are not in the State's best interest.

Surplus Services classifies this data as private data on individuals. This data is available only to Surplus Services personnel directly responsible for the operation of the online auction program and to the individual the data are about. This data is necessary for informing prospective bidders about the availability of surplus property and for processing transactions in the event of a sale. An individual may refuse to provide this data, in which case the individual will not be able to participate in online auctions.
