2009 TrafFix Devices TL-3 Scorpion Trailer Attenuator VIN: 1E9TF160DVC520517 The trailer framing is in fair condition. The crank mounting on the arrow board has broken away not allowing arrow board to raise and lowered. The arrow board is also inoperative due to a communication loss between the board and the controller. Trailer hitch is a pintle hitch with round 7 pin trailer cord.
