You are bidding on an aluminum shed constructed in 1967.  All measurements are approximate.  Shed is approximately 16’ wide by 35’ long.  At its peak, the shed is approximately 10’ tall.  It is approximately 5.5’ tall at the sides.  Shed may be missing nails, screens, and doors.  Shed may have bent, dented, missing or punctured siding.  The wood frame may have cracks or damage to the wood.  There is no floor.  You will have 8 weeks to remove this shed.  Overall shed condition is Poor.  Loading or tear down and removal will be done by winning bidder.  If you opt to tear down the shed, you must remove all pieces.  We have no assets available to assist.

**COVID-19 Instructions: Due to COVID-19, we are available for showing Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and if you are the winning bidder you must notify us at minimum two days before pick-up. We are running short staffed so questions may take a day or two to get answered.  If you are unable to do this, please do not bid.

Buyer is responsible for pick-up and loading at Camp Ripley.  You must make an appointment and be willing to pick up Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  You will need a valid driver’s license or Military ID to get on post.  Item is available for viewing by appointment only. Payment may be made at time of pick-up and must be made prior to property being released to the buyer.  You must use a bank or postal money order, or a certified check made payable to Surplus Services to pay at the pick-up location at Camp Ripley.   Cash payments must be made directly to Surplus Services in Arden Hills, MN.
